Baubles & Beads
Style Show & Luncheon
Our 2009 “Baubles & Beads” style show and luncheon was held October 20, 2009 at the Inn of the Hills in Kerrville. This event provides financial support for women in the Kerrville area in several ways:
· It assists local women that may require financial help with their breast cancer treatments, medications, or other needs in order to battle their disease effectively. $53,000 has been provided to the Peterson Regional Medical Center Breast Cancer Assistance Fund since 2002 as a result of the “Baubles & Beads” fund raisers.
· In addition, EWC provides four year college scholarships to young women pursuing their higher education goals. This program has been in effect for 25 years and has over the years provided $69,500 to deserving women.
· Our 2009 “Baubles & Beads” fundraiser was a huge success.
All of this is possible because of the generous support of underwriters, sponsors, and individuals in our community. Our form outlines the various levels for your consideration. As an underwriter or sponsor you will be provided with tickets for a table of 10 at the event, as well as other benefits as indicated. Please consider how you would like to be involved next year. This event is a sell out every year and tables are reserved on a first-come-first reserved basis.

The 2009 Emporium featured over 25 top quality vendors from the Kerrville area. Spaces will be available for next year. Contact us for more information.
Emporium features a wide assortment of items available, including, Jewelry, clothing, luggage, purses, cosmetics, shoes and much, much more.
Our guest speaker at this year's event was Dr. Jean Holt.
Harley Balew served as our emcee for the style show.
